The Interrelations Coaching Model is a unique approach, as it allows a holistic view at any specific topic. This is possible due to the focus on the 7 Key Areas of Impact available in every business as well as in our personal life.

The Interrelations Coaching Model has been created from my experience as an Interim-Manager for Finance & Accounting. By comparing all the businesses I had been with, I saw what they have in common beside Finance & Accounting.

Now, the Coaching Model also includes my experience from personal development, making it an even more holistic approach as business and personal life are just the two sides of the same coin.

Business and personal life are not two separate things, they need to be aligned to create a fulfilling life. When we change one side of the coin, we also impact the other side as well. It’s inevitable.

By using the Interrelations Coaching Model, it only takes about 15 to 30 minutes to gain clarity about any topic to know what you want or need to focus your energy on. On top comes the time it needs to take action.
